3 Problems I Encountered on Blogging

I recently started blogging last July 12, 2021, with my chosen hosting partner, Dreamhost. I enjoy every day with my blog because I love designing, posting, tweaking my site, and sharing my posts for exposure. However, not every day is my day. So here are the three problems that I have encountered with blogging. 1. Slow Website I’m not a techy person, but since I am watching a series of videos about speeding up the load of a website, I became conscious because mine loads forever. Many bloggers use free plugins, but most common vloggers recommend the paid plugin to speed up their site. It is a pain in the ass because I just recently started, and I can’t commit to getting paid plugins for my blog. Maybe if my exposure and page views increased and I started earning, then I guess I could do some upgrades, but now, the only thing that I can do is embrace those free plugins that can still help me and my website. I will make a separate post …

6 Things to Consider in Choosing a College Course

July is the month for graduation, and many students unlocked a new achievement to start the real journey of life. Some students are nervous and still confused about what course they are taking. What field they will excel in and where they will grow? I will give six things a student must consider in choosing a college course. 1. College Course that you Want You have to follow your heart. You have to choose the course that you know you will enjoy and grow. Considering further advice from your family, friends, or relatives is okay, but at the end of the day, the final decision must be your interest and the field that you know you can handle until the end. The common mistake of some students who shift from one course to another is they don’t like the course that they choose and enroll in because their parents told them to choose it, or they are undecided. That’s why they decide what they think is easy. 2. Hobby or interest If you are good …

Am I left behind?

Honestly, I’m 26 years of age and still living with my parents. Most of the time, I was thinking about the future that I dreamed of. Why am I only here? No significant achievements yet, no house, no car, and no love life. Whenever I see some posts of other people on social media flexing their achievements, activities, careers, or relationship status, I feel sad and insecure. But then I realized that I should learn to appreciate what I have been working on now and then. I should learn to appreciate what God gave me because I’m still lucky to have my degree, job, family with me, friends, and myself. I was so affected by other people’s achievements because I kept comparing my shoes to theirs, yet I didn’t realize that we have our chapters, our journeys, and our own lives. It doesn’t mean that we’re all in the same boat because we have different trips and challenges based on our experiences. In that way, I should learn to love myself more, focus on where …

Paluto by All Day Supermarket

I’m a food lover, but I can only go out and make random food trips during the weekend with my family because we have no work from that day, and it’s more convenient for all of us (family time). So after Sunday mass, we head to a mall named, All Home. It is known as a one-stop shop for home and renovation needs. We headed there since it’s pretty near and accessible to us. We also planned to dine in for our lunch. All Day Supermarket has a lot to offer. The location of Pluto is near the supermarket. Aside from the grocery store, All Day also has a food area known as “Castroville,” where you can sit, relax, and eat your favorite food. It also has a “Paluto” inside (similar to Dampa services). They can offer you their menu and choose the food you like to eat, or they can also cook your preferred dishes, but you have to buy fresh meats or seafood from their supermarket. These three are my favorites, but we …
